Our fresh Lefse dough is meticulously crafted by rolling out balls of dough into thin, circular sheets. The dough is made fresh on-site, using potatoes that have been peeled, washed, and cooked in our own factory. Once the dough is rolled out to the perfect thickness, we carefully cut it into uniform, consistent circular shapes, ensuring each piece of Lefse is identical. The shaped dough is then cooked to perfection on a hot griddle, resulting in soft, warm Lefse with just the right amount of brown bubbles that add delightful flavor.

Alongside our homemade Lefse, we are also proud to offer a delectable Swedish cheese, produced right here in the United States. This cow's milk cheese is infused with caraway seeds, giving it a distinctive taste and firm texture. The mild flavor profile makes it an excellent choice for serving as an appetizer or enjoying as a snack.

Originating in Sweden, this soft, yellow cheese has a rich heritage and is now crafted with care in the United States. Depending on the availability from our supplier, we will send either one whole wheel or two halves, totaling between 2 to 2.5 pounds of this exceptional dairy product.
